The open back-side of this restaurant, "Schooners," makes for panoramic views, splendid sunsets and balmy tradewinds cooling you.  The food is good too!

Now where is Donna going?  Well, I have to admit that Aiea Heights takes some self-bolstering before taking it on.  Tai Chi, Hula and the Heights are not mixing well right now.  For sure, I'll tackle the heights again tomorrow, but, today was filling in the pukas!(holes) This area has tourist attractions galore relating to the Pearl Harbor attack.  Also, many activities sponsored by the Navy occur here.   Although not very long, the backtracking doubled the walk, so 1.91 miles finished the day.

Renting cabanas facing Pearl Harbor for a little get together can be done here.

For bigger get together's, this should be able to handle the crowd.

Going for a little sail around the Harbor is a possibility here with lessons and rentals.

Voila!  Here's all the offerings!

Are you a "scuba diver?"  You can take lessons, get certified, rent equipment, buy equipment and take sponsored trips to dive.  Everything is here!

If you recall the XXX's at the end of the road on the map, this area was off limits to pedestrian traffic.  The sign said so and people were milling about right at the entranceway, so I decided it wasn't worth it to push it.  I believe that this is the Admiral's landing.  It sure looks hoity-toity!

Now for the tourist stuff.  Here are all the sights and activities you can take in here. Double click the photo to read the sign!

The USS Bowfin submarine offers tours and guides to see the inner working of a submarine.

But what is Donna interested in?  This flower blooming through the fence was so unusual and brightly colored.  Here are a few more photos.

What is it?  I don't know!  Tell me it you know!  One of these days, I'm going to have to send all my unknown flower pictures to an expert in botany to help me name these beauties!  I hope that something wonderfully unexpected happens to you today!  A Hui Hou!(Until we meet again!)
